This Masterclass will teach you:

  • What is pilates?
  • What are the 8 principles?
  • The exercises that are in a beginners pilates class

The Masterclass is 60 minutes long . Come dressed in comfortable and warm clothing that allows fluid movement. Please bring your own mat with you, pillow and water bottle.

Cost £60. Paid in advance to secure your place. Maximum 8 people per class.
