As a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP) and registered with the Health Professionals Council (HPC), Jacqueline brings extensive expertise in treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. Her extensive career has taken her across continents, including a formative period at Brisbane Royal Children's Hospital in Australia, where her understanding of movement patterns deepened significantly. This experience proved pivotal in shaping her integrated approach to physical wellness.
Jacqueline's journey with Pilates began in 1993 as a patient in Australia, leading her to study Body Control Pilates in London. She views Pilates as a fundamental building block of movement, understanding how these exercises target the deeper muscles that support our joints and maintain our posture. This knowledge seamlessly complements her physiotherapy practice, offering clients a comprehensive physical wellbeing approach.
